And I'm Back!

After a crazy summer, I'm back for some workout fun. I'm in a contest with a friend of mine to see who can get "more in shape" by December. It's going to be a crazy journey. This is my personal log so I know what I'm doing.

≈ 300 calories
Eliptical: 30 minutes
≈ 150 calories

Total Calories Burned ≈ 450

Breakfast: Watermelon + Granola bars ≈ 350 c
Lunch: Bagel w/ light cream cheese & wheat thins with spread ≈ 650 c
Dinner: Lean Cuisine ≈ 350 c

Total Consumed ≈ 900 c
